1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of digital educational materials (PDF files) through Kate's eshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital Content & Delivery

All products are digital PDF files. No physical goods will be shipped. Upon successful payment through Stripe, the materials will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

3. License & Usage

Your purchase includes a lifetime license for individual use or use within a single classroom. You may print the materials as many times as needed for your students. Redistribution, reselling, or online sharing of these files is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the nature of digital products (instant access to content), refunds are generally not provided once the file has been delivered, unless there is a technical defect in the file itself.

5. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

We process only the necessary data (email, name) required to deliver your order and process payment. Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
