Hungry ladybug

Children use a dice to feed the hungry ladybug with the correct number of aphids. The teacher prepares a ladybug with an opening for its mouth, small aphid cards, and a dice. Children roll the dice, count the dots, and place the corresponding number of aphids into the ladybug’s mouth. The activity develops early mathematical skills, visual perception, and fine motor skills. The set includes both a color and a black-and-white version.
